Maintenance and Support

Our fully qualified and equipped engineers provide a complete range of support services for all hardware network infrastructure solutions. All of our support services are designed to ensure you experience minimum downtime, and optimise the availability, reliability and efficiency of your multi-vendor environment.

Telephone Support

We offer a number of different annual contract options ranging from a 8:30 to 5:30 helpdesk service up to a comprehensive 24 hour site support service including 24 hour Network Operating Centre (NOC), site callout and same day availability of spare components/units and repairs.

Online fault logging and ticketing

Our ticketing system enables you to log faults and incidents easily, and track the actions taken by our support staff until the issue is resolved. We also maintain a historic log of call activity and ensure persistent faults are tracked – so decisions about replacement equipment can be made quickly.

On-site servicing and emergency Repairs

We also provide trained and accredited engineers on-site to fix issues within contracted SLA timescales – always fully equipped and authorised to access sites and tackle any eventuality including substations, OHL, data centre and off-shore environments.
